Originally from upstate New York and based in NYC for the past 18 years, Hilary Hawke is a versatile multi-instrumentalist, banjoist, vocalist, composer, and teacher.  With a warmth and energy she steps onto stage with creative and versatile banjo playing in both the North American old-time and bluegrass styles.  The Hilary Hawke band is a trio comprised of brilliant guitarist Ross Martin, and innovative fiddler, Camille Howes.  Since their formation in 2023, the band has focused on improvisation and original songs, and a shared passion for bluegrass and old-time music.
